What will I be doing there?

Friday, September 30th, is an optional Certification Bootcamp designed to give you the opportunity to earn the world renowned Google Educator Certification. This training, which prepares you for the Google Certified Educator Level 1 exam, focuses on providing hands on professional development with Chrome and a variety of essential Google Apps.  Included in your registration fee is a voucher to take the Level 1 exam. This bootcamp is a great opportunity for anyone looking to increase the practical application of Google Apps in the classroom.

The summit itself will take place on Saturday and Sunday at White River High School.  The two-day event will feature a variety of sessions focused on deploying, integrating, and using Google Apps for Education and other Google Tools. The main focus is to promote student learning and collaboration. There will be sessions for “beginner”, “intermediate,” and “advanced” levels, so there should be something for everyone. Join us to check out the latest and greatest Google tools for the classroom!

As Global Summit partners, Promevo will be there to meet and collaborate with you.  In addition to answering your questions on Google Apps and Chrome devices, we’ll be demonstrating our program gScholar.  Check out this session and learn how gScholar gives teachers and administrators control over Chromebooks in the classroom. Stop by our table to say hello and enter for a chance to win a FREE Chromebook! We can’t wait to see you there!
