Acer Chromebook R13:

Starting at $400, the Acer Chromebook R13 is reasonably priced for all the features and specs it offers.  Equipped with a 360-degree hinge, it allows you to use the Chromebook 13.3″ HD multitouch display as a tablet. It also has a long-lasting battery life, plenty of ports and a sleek aluminum look to top it off. The Acer Chromebook R13 is perfect for teachers, administrators and business professionals for its versatile and lightweight design.

The Acer Chromebook R13 falls a little short in speed in comparison to the other higher-end Chromebooks, but unless you have over 10-15 open tabs you won’t be able to notice the difference.
